Your best bet is 1and1
But make sure to transfer the domains after 3 months if you dont want to renew with them. They will bill you after or near the 5th month.

Personally I will not recommend 1and1 because of their bad stories.

What is the prize of Namecheap ? I saw in their homePage $2.99/year but after selecting domain its want $9.98 So don't understand about that......please help me who is familiar with Namecheap.

i have 100 domain at namecheap

namecheap $9.10 after discount (free whois)
best provider so far

go for 1and1 if u like sado-maso :D or being anal fucked for ur own money

10 is not really bulk, but you can use luckyregister.com

1and1 0.99 cents .com
transfer after 3 months to namecheap and use transfer code also..

The problem is, there is VERY little profit margin. It costs the registrars close to $7 and they sell it to you for just a tad over that. The low prices you see like $3.99 are just loss leaders. They get you in the door at a loss as they know many will stay and renew next year at full price. If you have at least 50 QUALITY domains, you may want to try Fabulous.com. Currently $7.30.

So why they advertizing $2.99/year

They list it $2.99/year in case you already have domain without privacy and want to buy only privacy... otherwise it goes for free if you buy it along with domain.

I got my own reseller account at tucows/opensrs.. only way to go.. Set my reseller prices to lowest they can go and register away. An the best thing is free everything other tan the domain.. and unlike at godaddy i actually own my domains!

I know 1and1 sucks, but isn't it wise to register .com for $1 and transfer it to namecheap after the 3-rd month for $5 (their regular transfer rate)... in the end $6 < $10

I got another solution but don't know how it will be worked. At godaddy if i buy 6+ domain they give me free privacy and if i use 25% free coupon it will be best deal. But if anyone tried this before please response........

How do you figure they are paying $7 per domain name? I know icann charges a small fee but I did not think if you were a registered Icann member that there were fees on top of that.
