Why are so many customers comming back and Alexa is still 6,868,508 ?

If I create new page and spend just 3 days fixing it up my Alexa will drop under 1 million and at your website is for last 3 months the same.

Our site: http://backlinkmassacre.net was only made because we needed an automated system in place. Most of our business comes from BHW and referrals. If you dig deeper, there's no on-site optimization and I didn't even bother creating backlinks to it. It's just a site with an order form and nothing else

Many of our clients were quite tired of PM'ing us whenever they wanted to order a package. Several of them were in different time zones so my reply would sometimes be late. The system we have in place now solves that very problem and it keeps things organized.
