when i post link goo.gl\jjjj in comments it is showing
"this comment is flagged "
.
with other accounts if we press not spam and rate up the comment..
will the comment is removed from spam
if yes then from how many accounts we should press not spam

No, you can not rate back if its alrady flagged.
Write a new comment and do not send the exact same text twice.

i have checked with rating up the flagged comments
i can see the rating but my comment is spammed.......when i click show this comment then i can watch it has 6 ratings

There is a few words that do get flagged, even if the domain is not.

• Try bit.ly
• If bit.ly also got flagged as spam, post the comment here, I will play around with it for you
