We will have a best practices manual available in about three hours for free to anyone that wants it whether they are a client or not.

The manual is MNS+ specific but there is enough general information that if you wanted to build your own site without outsourcing to us or anyone else it will certainly help you.

It is actually completed but I wanted to have someone look it over to make sure I didn't leave anything out.

@LocalHero @Silversten @sforzando - thanks for those reviews; we appreciate that.

Hey my main keyword has about 10 exact searches according to google's keyword tool?
And the additional 5 keywords are name brand sites all with an authority site on #1 and wikipedia below it.. can you look into this please?

I got your email that you sent at about the same time as you posted this; here is how we do the KW research:

Authority sites were never an issue with me nor is wikipedia as to ranking if you follow through and continue to build your site the way I suggest.

I also kill it with name brands when I build a site in this fashion... they are not hard to out rank at all.

The other thing that we do is to start closer to the lower competition end of the scale. In this way you can use any money generated off of the site to scale it up and continue building the sites. I can tell you that one of my sites sits at #2 right now for an exact match .org domain that has been around for years. What I mean is the .org is #1 and mine is #2 and I get traffic from those keywords.

This is why you have those 4 articles. They are easier to rank for. If someone is looking for that store and sees that you have an article about them, don't you think that they may read it to check out the entity first? Even review sites that rank in the top 3 get good traffic based on the keywords.

The other thing that happens is that when you use these keywords for your articles, you may not rank right away for those words but in my experience, you do rank for other words that are not on the list. The site of mine in question has around 50 keywords targeted right now and I have a list of over 300 different keyword phrases that I am getting traffic from over a 30 day period that are not on my list of targets.

The low hanging fruit is the easiest to pickup.

Nice manual! It was a nice refresher on all the things we should be doing already.

I'm not sure if it's already been covered here, but how much do you pay per article and do you recommend articles 500 word or the longer the better? Any writers you recommend or is oDesk the best place to find one for a decent price?

EDIT: it looks like my questions already been answered in your BTB keyword research thread. Thanks!

via outsourSome of my favorite writers are tied up and I reached out to PPCmaster to see if he could handle some volume. He offers the service via a thread in the BST section here and I know he gives excellent customer service and I have seen his quality work.

So if you want to expand your site via outsourcing and don't have a writer that you can grab, hit him up and I know he will take care of you.

His site is http://contentyogi.com/order.html
His BST is http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...iewed-high-quality-articles-cheap-prices.html
His profile is http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/27452-ppcmaster.html

We are not making any money off of Josh and his service; we just wanted to make sure that if you needed to outsource that you would get a person that I know and trust.

I have been getting a lot of questions about EMD and I wanted to clear a couple of things up.

I do my best to find a .com domain and with that I may have to add a word or two to the the domain like the, your, new or my to ensure that your keywords are in the domain and as such it will throw off the research you do on that domain name. Another thing that I do is combine keywords into the domain name so there may be more than one in there like "computer networks" and "super computer" may be combined into "SuperComputerNetworks" to enable you to have a .com domain. This also throws off the stats when you look at the domain name.

I hope that this makes sense. Ask if it is still unclear.

Temporarily until we get that Plimus deal squared away please use this Paypal address so you are not waiting...Sorry about the Plimus thing, I thought that they would be a much easier deal than this.

Hi,

Leore from Plimus here.

Saw you had an issue with our services and wanted to make sure it was resolved. If not, would be happy to help.

Can you PM me the issue, so I can follow up on it?

Thanks,
Leore

Leore - hope you don't take my comments negatively; one of the reasons I chose your firm was to make sure there was no fraud.

It would be better if he offer his service for 500 words plus with targeted keywords (Just make it clear I am not saying he is no good. Just say it would be better.)

You can contact him and see if he would do that for you; I have no control nor interest in his service I just know he provides a quality product at a fair price and provides good service.

I would not recommend him otherwise.

if i had enough money, i would have ordered your service. but i dont. any excel formulas job you can give me?

A lot of you have been asking if anyone has made money off of these sites. I can now tell you for a fact that mine has.

Here is the registration date. Created On:25-Aug-2011 08: 17:06 UTC

That is from the whois information.

Today is about 10 days since the site went online and I got 2 adsense clicks for a total of $1.33

I have already shared the site with you one time before in this thread so I am not going to feed you, you have to find it yourself. This is being created using the keywords that I found using these methods. So yes these sites do make you money so that you can continue to grow the sites.
