Need a custom WP theme

I need a custom WP theme, pretty simple theme. I want it to look somewhat like a magazine. I don't want it to look like WordPress at all though. The things I would like though are a nice look Twitter feed, a sign in button, a sign up button, a logout button and a user friendly platform. My budget is 200.00 because this will be a temporary template until I can have an entire custom site built.
