I've been doing websites and graphic design for a while now.. and using some of the concepts and additional services that I've learned about here on BHW... and a great inspiration from Taktical.
Just picked up a great client and contract.
This is just the first check for the website design and standard optimization.

I have a meeting on Saturday for a potential client and wondered how you secured your deal? e.g. how did you justify to them that the $2000 is money well spent?
I am planning on focusing on ROI but this is worrying me a bit as they might not go for it due to 1) the primary niche keyword is highly competitive so would cost them a lot and take a LONG time to rank 2) the longer niche keywords hold very little traffic [500] so the ROI is a lot less but is less investment.
Appreciate any advice!

This company in particular - they were a BIG YellowPages advertiser - which in my area runs for about $10k for a full page ad per year.
I brought up the situation of their audience being a more "digital" generation and that G was their new YellowPages. It was a pretty easy sell for the ROI... They will have some monthly recurring charges - but in the long run, they know they'll have a further reach.
