I've been doing it for awhile, but I didn't get serious until the start of the summer. I was doing Adsense for much of the year, then realized there was much more money to be made in CPA instead without the heavy time commitment. My investment has only been time and buying domains. I had most of the tools already. EMDs really help in getting results faster.

How long did it take you to build up your current set up to reach that goal? Any useful ebooks or threads that stick out? (Yea, there are a lot, but some of them can be old/outdated)

I didn't really find any specific methods on here. It was culmination of many, I believe. A good thread that I found was this one: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...web2-0-structures-yourself-simple-method.html. Scrapeboxing the shit out of your Web 2.0 backlinks which are a combination of video and blogs(wordpress, etc) was very important for strong serp dominance. Also, make sure you get some High PR backlinks which are of profiles and social backlinks. I really need to buy BMD, instead of outsourcing social bookmarking but I haven't found the time. I've been outsourcing a lot of my backlinking b/c of time again, but when I do find the time, I like to write a article here and there and post it on Ezine.
