I'm interested in purchasing some backlinks, but I am new to this whole business. What exactly are the "keywords" or the "URLs" that we must include when we purchase a package? Sorry for my newbieness.

AFTER you purchase you will have to fill in details.
Keywords - these are keywords you are targetting, like if your site is targetting a keyword like "weight loss" so then the keyword is "weight loss" , URLS can be the actual site (site.com) or like a page/post/etc (ie site.com/texttext).

I tried to submit a ticket after paying and it doesnt seem to work, My BHW ID was included with all the other information. I kept getting an error to fill out a field. I next got a help type page and gave up.
If It didn't go through give me an e-mail addy to send my URL and keyword list to you, I am done with that order system you should do something about that thing.
