I recently got my 2 articles. So here is a quick review:

My articles were product reviews, the articles were written well but was missing some information. I specified a certain subject to focus on, 1 article was written pretty well for that subject, while the other didn't really look at it at all.
Otherwise a few minutes correcting or adding myself will make the articles good.

My main problem was communication, responses received were very brief leaving me confused if he had read the questions or criteria, or not receive any answer.
This could have been the reason why the articles were a bit off.

Overall ill rate the service a 6/10, But im sure it was just a one off bad experience.
