Need help with twitter followers.

Is there any app that will unfollow all people that are not active. Some people that didn't posted 15 days or didn't logged for long time ?

yea, i'm using it for unfollowing, but OP can't do with it what he wants, you can protect mutual followers, but there's no option in TA to unfollow inactive accounts

if you want to do that, you should use manageflitter

try friendorfollow. I have been using it for a while now and its perfect to un-follow people who are not following you. and best of all its FREE.

interesting, they must have made some changes, previously you couldn't use it for unfollowing, but now - i've just checked it - you can use it, you can order those who don't follow you back by last tweet, age of the account etc., you can select multiple users at once, it's pretty neat

they significantly increased the speed of the listing process as well, what they offer now is almost too much for a free service
