When your links are coming from authority sites they take much less time to get indexed. a new video on youtube get indexed in less than 10 minutes.

Also make sure your links are easily accessible for bots. Sometimes links are from pages that are too deep or from pages that are not linked from other pages (orphan pages) so bots can't reach them. This is where pinging/indexing services come in play.

Wait and take your time, I mean it is only a couple of days. Indexing takes much longer than this like 2 weeks at the most. So don't worry about it.

Try to ping your back links with some free ping services (Only if the back links are of good quality).. But if you were spamming to get those back links, i suggest you to wait till google finds out naturally..

Have you tried using a paid service at all? I had trouble getting my blog posts indexed until I signed up to backlinksindexer.com at the recommendation of one of the admins. Been doing really well for me so far so that's what I would suggest doing.
