Buying new procesor with Paypal

So i was wondering on what places can you buy an AMD processor with PAYPAL. And if it can ship to Croatia.

I tried ebay but 99% doesnt ship to Croatia

it can be used or new it just needs to be legit

how you can trust me? it's a service for you. if you can't trust me, dont do it. Of course you will go first and send money through a way that it wont be possible to chargeback such as bank wire / westernunion. It will be shipped by USPS with tracking number. It's on your side.

Why are some items not shipped from ebay and amazon to countries such as croatia,romania etc? There is freaking UPS located in those countries,it makes no sense.

Romania is in the EU,but they wont ship to there.

Someone could make alot of money if they start a forward shipping company that ships to Romania,croatia and other countries that amazon and ebay wont ship directly to.
