where do cpa networks get there offers?

how does the advertiser turn the leads into clients, what do they do?

I think, what you need to work on at the moment is understanding the concepts, all that marketing stuff on the back-end.

Go to affiliate summit and maybe get some top guys over there, but the first thing they look for, is your history.

Have you worked with any main stream affiliate networks? AZN and etc. If so, what were the highest leads you pushed in a day? and in what vertical?

Remember this, they'll pretty much ask you the questions your CPA network asked you when signing up. So, be prepared to it.

If you answer BH way then expect the same in return :D

And to me it looks like you're pretty new, at least from your questions. So at least do hard core CPA marketing for at least 1 or 1.5 years, then move on to bigger stuff.

Otherwise, just broker offers for now.

To tell you a best real life scenario, I have a friend who pushes more than 1000+ leads/day on content locking networks, and when he asked his CPA network about these things, the best advice they gave him was to broker offers.

To catch an advertiser's attention, you can do one thing. Choose a famous CPA network, choose a vertical and push all your QUALITY leads to the advertiser and see if they converted well or not and definitely if you did this consistently, they'd contact you.

Good luck

Answering OP question.. to find an advertiser is an easiest part, each offer contain leagl disclaimer or terms where contact information mentioned.

Now difficult part, first you need two things before you contact them: trust and traffic..
1. an entity, legal for mof business, most companies won't deal with individuals
2. quality volume traffic, most advertisers won't talk to you if you can't deliver at least 100-500 leads daily

Good luck

So lets say I wanted to start a legit cpa network (not a one man show)

I cant get affiliates until I have offers.

So even the big networks out there today had to start off brokering offers from other networks?

Every network has to start somewhere.... They either provided a mass of quality leads or they already had connections in the industry.. or a mix of both....

how do you provide leads without affiliates, how do you get affiliates without offers. Do you see where im coming from?

In fact most networks do brokering each other offers. Besides that take EWA network for exaple, they openly admitted that they generate most profit by promoting offers inhouse with their team of IM experst, trust me they not the only network who has their own optin lists, FB apps, etc.

But do you see where we are coming from?

You lack the basic skills of CPA marketing. How do you propose to run a successful network when you don't even understand the the concepts?

As 'bornformoney' suggested, I think you need to start off by actually promoting via CPA yourself. Build a relationship with the networks and individuals in the CPA game. Make a name for yourself, otherwise no one will join your network.

And as an example of how much you aren't ready, you don't even know the concept of "co-reg offers".

I tried my way with cpa. I am not someone to drive traffic. I am not one to spend hours trying to drive traffic to make other people money. I have a business oriented mind.

I know if I start this network I will have a ton of affiliates who will want to join because of the twist it will have over other networks.

If I spend my time trying to learn how to drive traffic then thats what I will be good at, driving traffic. Thats not what I want

Id rather spend my time finding the right steps to take and the right people to hire to start a successful business.

Some CPA networks are getting the offers from other bigger CPA networks, doing some arbitrage.

Yup... You have the big 3: Neverblue, MaxBounty, Azoogle, that broker to the rest of the smaller networks.

You - Cpa Network - Advertiser - Front End/Back end - Data collection - Offer wall/cooreg - Funnel like Smiley Media - Redirect.

It's a numbers game.

First of all you need to know how things work. You can't just say yea but I'll have a twist and I'm business oriented. Just because you are hard working and have a cool new net does not mean you can go out to the sea and start catching fish if you don't know how to navigate waters.

Secondly it's about connections and networking. You want to know how you find advertisers? By speaking to them.

Finally it's about building your name. Some publishers/advertisers won't touch you until you have an established network going.

If you think you can do it, sure go ahead. Good luck to you.

You would get turned down so quickly.

Unless you have like thousands of dollars to invest, just join the CPA Network until you have enough money/confidence/the best unsaturated idea in the world, to go directly to the advertiser.

Lol, these answers are funny. You don't need to push a high volume of leads nor do you need to have thousands of dollars to run offers direct with an advertiser, that answer makes no sense at all. First, you need to get in contact with the advertiser you want to work with. Facebook is by far the best converting way to contact them (get it?). Email is also good. The king of ways to contact an advertiser is by meeting them in person by going to events such as LeadsCon, Affiliate Summits, etc. But these events don't happen every day of course. If you don't have the advertiser's contact info, there are quite a few FB Groups were the major players in CPA (and other parts of marketing as well) network and chat. I didn't fully read this thread but I think it's best if you just continue to work with a network until you can fully understand CPA and maybe venture off into something like this when you know more about CPA.

Not sure what your twist is, but the FIRST THING you need to know as a CPA network which runs its own offers is HOW traffic generation works and more importantly: to have your own traffic.

Without it, you'll be clueless as how to react once you get your first fraud affiliates or once your Lead to conversion ratio goes to shit.

Also, depending entirely on affiliates to drive you traffic is risky - VERY risky. Any solid network has their own internal traffic generation team.

Traffic and conversions is your business, if you're not an expert with traffic, you're going to get burned.

Source : We (Crakrevenue) have exclusive offers and don't broker other network's offers.

Edit: Just noticed this thread was from 2011 :/

All you gotta do is click on some offers, don't complete them, then contact the contact us areas. Be professional and sound smarter and more important than you are.

But please have some real traffic your hoping to provide cause they deal with millions of clicks a day .
