Yes, it's totally fine. I've had a lot of clients who blasted their link push URLs without any problems.

I would recommend using buffer sites if you plan on blasting a new site. I've had clients who used new sites without any problems though. Like I've said in the past, results will still vary from client to client. Backlinks aren't always the cause of the sandbox effect. So always bare that in mind.

You won't get penalized for having 10k LIVE links in one day Otherwise, you can take down your competition with ease. It will also take google some time to crawl your links. So not all your links will be found in one day.

I've had clients who bought 150k LIVE links on sites that were only a few weeks old and had good results with it. This is because they had good on-site SEO and they pointed the blast to different tiers.
