You can use your CC, not a problem.
The account must NOT be older than 14 days(so it must be new..)
Well FB could ban you if you keep switching etc, but you could buy .info domains etc, or simple delete the campaign once u r done with it, then make new account etc.

u can use "USA" as country but account most likely to get suspended (USA = no vcc , but high risk).
