SEO Job $500+ Every Month

I'm in need of some SEO services I have particular method I want to be done and I'm looking to pay between $500-600 every month to get it done.

1. I'm looking for people who can speak english fluently, Also you will need to be online for a reasonable amount of time per day so i can contact you and catch up with the work being done.
2. I'm not looking for people who want to do this for a month I am looking long term and if you do not have any experince you can show me simply dont bother trying to contact me.
3. What I'm trying to do right now is get one person working for me then expand so if you have a service for example on BHW and you work with full time staff or something similar to that nature, This is what im looking for most.

Setting up a SEO firm and looking to outsource the work if you can help with this then I want to start doing major business and I need that person to be able to cope and make sure all the work is under control.
