Hello guys, I need your help, I've just made 7 dollars from fiverr and I wanna invest them to make a bit more money, those 7 dollars are all I have right now, What Do you recommend me to do?

1. .info domain for 1$ (or I guess namecheap gives a domain for $7)
2. Free hosting for now
3. Buy a fiverr gig related to designing/promoting your site

Make a landing page and invest that money in domain name. Just pick the right domain name, with keyword in it. Make sure that keyword is niche related and is highly searched.

Yes they do and they are cheaper, so I'd suggest you to go with it.

No they don't, that's why they are cheap, or they don't cause they became cheap and overused, anyways, don't expect to rank high on google (or get people's trust) with a .info...
If I were you I'd try some paid hosting that offers a free domain and would get a .com domain, by the time you need to pay the hosting again you'd have money to do it, this option is better cause you wouldn't be working on something with no future (free hosting and an .info domain), but yes starting, who knows a project with good foundries and actual potential.
I'd recommend dfghosting.com cheap, reliable and offers a domain.
