Most method requires $$$ ot paid traffic. All the free ones arent sufficient enough

You seem to be a bit lost in what to do. Getting traffic is probably one of the hardest things that most users here will not be able to do. I suggest you browse around the forums on topics such as SEO or social networking. That'll give you a good start!

Sure, but it is tedious to do it all manually. Since you are at $0 income you have no funds to outsource.
With that being said you're better off making a blogspot or tumblr and going from there if you want to go the SEO route.

I started out with 0 investment as well. I earned through YouTube and SEO'ing a blogspot blog. You can do the same

That is not PPC when you tell me to fill out an offer for you.
You really need to browse around the forums and start somewhere, something like SEO! You don't need money to invest.
The road you're headed for now, you'll just ended up frustrated with no results and might even get banned from the network you applied to.
This is a long term game
