Software Better then Dreamweaver

Got a .PSD file, need to turn it into a REALLY basic website.
Most complicated part of it is a rollover image.

Anyone know some software which can do it for me, and save it as an .HTML with all proper tags and all?

I converted the .PSD to an HTML file, with nothing working.

You can make it a website in photoshop, use the slicing tool to section out pieces. Then you can make certain slices link to certain areas.
For example a facebook logo could link to FB.

Then you save for 'web & devices' and in the drop down menu just pick HTML & images. Edit what you need, and press save. Job done.

I was going to say this also, but can you make links to different pages using PS or is it simply going to make the template?

Either way Dreamweaver is pretty much the cream of the crop. Best I have used anyway.

you could use a service for this like http://www.mypsdtohtml.net/ and they will do it for you professionaly and cheapish.

You can link as many sections to as many pages as you want.
