I checked the link and it leads me into a site with so many like buttons. What is the purpose of this site on the first place?

In South America these kind of sites are extremely popular. They attract 100's of 1000 UV every single day!!
But it's true, Go0gle will BAN you as soon as they review your site!

Basically its a site that people create likes on, and it then appears on their walls.

just like bestlikepages.com for example

Best way would to be to market the site on the countless pages you have available to like. Get the word out, make something viral (usually funny, relevant to pop culture), enjoy the likes. Maybe attempt to put on a content locker for a part of the site or offer a click to read more that redirects to a content locker.. Idk just throwing out ideas
