Advise needed. Serious shxt

Hey guys!! Here is my story. I need some advises here.

Me and one of my friends have generated more than $6k with a network last month(July) and we were supposed to be paid on this 15th.

And now after two weeks from the date we still didn't manage to receive any of our commission from that network(running by two indian guys). Since last week I lost connection with him(AM) and seems like he's totally avoiding me and not willing to pay to us.

All I know is that they've been paid by the advertiser(offers from EpicDirect, Maxbounty etc) and I feel like they gonna KEEP THOSE MONEY IN THEIR POCKET.

I was like WTF! We work, you get paid and now don't wish to pay us at all?

Currently I've the info of these guys, where they're located and most of the basic details.

Is that money enough to hire some big guys in India to go after these guys?

So here is it. I would like to see what advises that you guys can give me so I can deal with it properly.

Sounds like you got burned.. well the best thing to do is warn others about these people, and move on to more reputable network..

I didn't dig that deep because my friend got paid once for June's commission and this network is much easier to get approved.
Btw I think there's an issue with EpicDirect's latest payment to most of the affiliates too isnt'?

From what you have said I would mark it off as a loss. If you earned properly without using blackhat techniques that will get you banned then it shouldn't take you any effort to earn it again next month instead of putting even more time/effort into something that most likely will result in a waste of your efforts.

I hope every person who suggests killing or seriously physically harming the people gets permanently banned. If you didn't play by the rules, then he doesn't need to pay you even if he did get paid. How do you have proof he got paid everything?

They should say that they did not receive any funds for blackhat stuff and not avoid their workers like that, just talk on these guys methods and how to improve them so they would get paid in the future if they want to go with blackhat methods.

lol, It was obvious from the beginning but I wanted you to admit it. Now here is the ironic thing. The money was stolen begin with as someone didn't get what they paid for then you got screwed just like the affiliate companies that you stole from. I do find that quite humorous. Best of luck with your long term marketing career.

Come on, I'm just saying that I use Blackhat method to get leads and it doesn't mean that the advertisers didnt receive what they want! They got their conversion, they're happy and therefore they PAID to them(This is what the I was told by the guy personally when I seek for the payment and he was saying that he gonna send me mine's soon but never.)

This is not fraud my friend ! It is blackhat and THIS IS BLACKHATWORLD!

So basically the advertisers are happy for the quality of leads and now the middle man just simply take the money and keep it because of no reason? WHOA, this is great!

So.. You know what network the offer is on yet you decide to JV with someone and have them setup the accounts so that they can take part(or all) of the profits instead of you getting them. Why wouldn't you just use your own account?
