Here are my thoughts on " .info " site.
Now, bear with me, this may end up to be a long post.
At the moment, I have 4 .info sites.
They are on 4 seperate servers.
The content on all of them is exactly the same, well sort of.
Here is what I did.
1- Grabed 10 articles about laptops from eZine articles.
2- Put all 10 articles through "Content Hurrice". Do some search in "G" and you will know what it does.
3- Bought 4 .info domains
4- Created 4 sites using XSite Pro. The sites were created in Mar 2011
5- Did not monetize the sites at all.
6- All sites have the same exact keywords.
6- Left the sites alone. I basically forgot about them.
7- Checked the sites for one of my keywords (1,050,000 results) for that keyword about 7 days ago and here is what I found:
a) One site is at positions 1,2 & 12.
b) Another site is at position 13
c) Another site is at position 14
d) Another site is at position 16
e) All sites are at 4 top positions of page 3
Now, the above results are for different pages of course.
Did I do any backlinking? Well, not really. All I did was link one site from the other three.
You can draw your own conclusions from the above.
I am now seriously thinking of listing all of them on Flippa as a bundle.
