Who knows why its called spamahost but they dont allow email spam. Only xrumer spam.

there are providers in russia and holland, but the problem is that all their ips are blacklisted that you would never be able to inbox with their ips. those servers will only be good for promoting viagra and stuff like that, by people who don't really care if the mails land in the spambox.

if you are a newbie mailer, i recommend that you buy optin coreg data and mail to them in a can spam compliant way. Start up costs are a little high, but negligible when you start making money from it. Never scrape your mails, it won't last.
