I like to claim that the traffic is 100% unique, but it's always possible that traffic coming from the same IP will slip through. To me, 100% equates to perfection. In all my years of experience, the business of selling and purchasing traffic is rarely "perfect."

As to how soon the campaign takes to setup, more often than not it's within a 24hr period. Around this time on weekdays I can set campaigns up almost immediately. Weekends are a little more laxed , but I always try to get all orders done within a 24hr period.

The most I can squeeze out of my system for a 10k campaign is around 150 per day. Sorry for the late reply.
