Hi

I was just wandering if theres anybody on here , or knows of anywhere , where , someone can write you a good sales page for flipping a site ?

im guessing , that one of the main selling points , is obviuosly the sales page ?

does anybody offer them services

regards :)

Are you selling your own site? If you have faith in your site,
then you should easily write a good sales letter yourself.

It's like saying writing a biography of your OWN mom,
who would know more, you or someone else?

Hello,

I?ve only sold about 25 sites on Flippa, but what I?ve learn t so far is not to take your potential buyers as idiots.
If your site makes $100 per month then show $100 per month and back that $100 up with as much proof as you possibly can.

I like to keep my sales page simple with the following:
Short Description of the site
What the buyer will receive from you
What the buyer will need for the transfer to commence
Why i?m selling the site
Contact info such as name, email, skype id
Some previous feedback
Assurance to the potential buyer, I go as far as offering lifetime support.

I have sold every single one of my sites with a 50%+ profit margin
I?m more than happy to offer you some more advice but i?m no expert.

That's good advice. While most people on Flippa are not idiots they are relatively new to online marketing so many things need to be explain in detail.

thanks for the tips guys , looks like ill be having a go myself , ill certainly take some of your advice on board though :)

regards

Hello-
Sounds like u need me!
I'm a professional broker and I know exactly how do it from experience. let me know thanks!

Yes. Proof is all you really need on flippa because of your positioning . Really, your visitors are already presold in that they are looking to make money from buying a website, perhaps your website. Dan Kennedy also says that if he could use only one element of salesmanship he would use solid proof. And on flippa this couldn't be more of the case. Good luck

Flippa people know if ur bsing them belive me i have tried lol no luck, they wanna spend their moeny very carfully

I think the buying community in Flippa is the most naive in the world. Just go into details, and use very motivational and big words. You'll get a lot of attention. Don't forget screenshots
