As a moderator, its tiring to see a small subset of members abusing each other. I enjoy a heated debate as much as the next person, I especially enjoy stomping on scammers, but its sad when I see newbies and people asking basic questions getting flamed. Its embarasing when I have to give infractions to members for cussing out someone with a differing opinion. Its shameful to see school yard level rants and name calling.

I know that our breed of money making gives rise to egos and I know that many of us opted out of the 9-5 lifestyle and its 'rules'. That said, can I ask that members give each other the same respect they would wish to receive, and be professional in their postings, for this not only opens new doors in terms of partnerships, but it earns much more money for you, as you are not drawn into time wasting petty arguments.

Lets make BHW even better, lets make even more money without the shouting.

Well said, i am guilty of flaming a few people also sadly who either open the same thread nemerous times, but i shall try to remember that not everyone is as perfect as me

Well said Zen, I've been lurking alot getting my knowledge up ever since I joined & alot of members seem to be so harsh in the way in which they deal with newbies. Even if its something simple & something they should search if its their first time asking you can direct them nicely...its a different situation if they are arrogant/cocky/doing it multiple times.

I mean if the thread enrages you; you need not bother waste your time replying or keeping up to date with the thread. Obviously this is a very generalized assumption, and sometimes it is justified - however I'm just commenting on the situations you've brought to light.

You just turned on the green light for lazy dudes that never want to touch the search button and they will make these shitty threads like How can I make money from this / that? How can I make money doing nothing?... I'd been here long enough to see all the answers for these damn tired questions and they just keep posting the same shit up again and again lol.

Remember the first time I'd been here, I less likely posted a shit and kept searching to find the answers that I didn't know. That's the first thing first they need to LEARN before doing anything in IM.

Totally agree but still feel that there needs to be a fine line between basic questions and newbies using the search button.

Its the one or two newbies that ruin everything by creating one or two threads a day asking super basic questions.
