I think you need to give more information such as what he has done, how you were scammed, what did you pay for?
Literally putting someone's name and basic info won't help anyone here. For all we know you just want to taint somebody's name.

I concur that this guy is a scammer. He promises and promises and promises.
I lost some money with him too. I treated him very well and gave him 100% of my trust. The money was not much. Less than $200 that he owes me but the time he wasted costs me much more!
Stay away from this guy! I am thinking of starting one new thread about this guy.

He paid me through freelancer.com milestone and both the milestone was cancelled by me and he got the money back. All happened few month back.
The only complain he can make is that I did not complete the job. He got his money back.

I actually forgotten how much you owe me but i checked our Skype records and its $116.
We did cancel the milestones on Freelancer and because of that, I did not lose as much money. Thank God for that!
But don't forget that I prepaid you through Paypal, for you to buy some domains. I also prepaid you for forum postings. You did not do the job as promised and it should be refunded. You agreed that this was the case. Go read your Skype records. I guess you were busy scamming too many people to remember!
To refresh your memory, you gave me tons of excuses about how you are unable to refund my money! Then, you offered to do A LOT of SenukeX blasts for me. I agreed that you do not need to refund my money if you can do that for me.
You then humored me to buy decaptcha credits for you, using my Paypal account. You made promises like they weren't worth anything and then you went missing the very next day! I did not hear from you UNTIL NOW!
I did raise a Paypal dispute but you came and started giving me lies again. You promised and promised and promised, asking me to withdraw the dispute. I did, and so now, I am unable to raise the same dispute again.
Fuck me for ever believing you! And FUCK YOU for the liar that you are!
You can keep the money. I don't give a shit BUT if you try to deny this and make me look like a liar, I will make it a personal mission of mine to make sure Zaqir Hossan gets what he deserves!

There has been at LEAST 4 members mentioning this guy here on the Shit List section. 1 or 2 can be a coincidence but 4? You can find another member on his iTrader feedback, which makes it a total of 5.
Also, his last post basically says "Alright, I scammed you! So what the f*ck can you do to me?"
He did not bother to address any of the facts in my post and that was the only reply he could come up with. Go figure! A mod can step in at any time and I will forward all Skype logs to the Mod.
But alas, the scammer is correct about the fact that I can do nothing to him. He has changed usernames before and even with a ban, he is likely to return with another username. But at least my reply worked in getting him agitated enough to post what he did.
I'm gonna cool down now and spend more of my effort making money and giving back to the BHW community in any way i can. I've been making lots of bank in the past two months so the scammer can keep the money for all I care.
The money doesn't really matter to me. Its the scammer trying to accuse me of being a liar that I cannot take. Talking about pot calling the kettle black! I have had more posts than this scammer in 3 months than he did in 2 years+. I've upgraded to Jr Vip in 2 months+ compared to the 2 years++ the scammer spent here. I've had hell of a lot more iTraders and is all 100% positive. The same cannot be said about the scammer. I believe I've also contributed more to the BHW community. I'm not trying to brag or anything. Just saying that my account here is worth much more than what the scammer stole from me. I have no reason to taint his name and risk my account and the little reputation that I have built on the forums.
I think this username of his is done. He will probably be back with a new one. Till then, let this be a public reference and a good source for those who performs some due dilligence before working with this scammer.

The cycle seems to have repeated a few times, surely you have some kind of proof?

I do. I can provide Skype logs of more than 6 months of conversation records. Paypal payment and dispute screenshots. Its a pity I deleted the PMs we had on BHW. I was not a Jr Vip then and my inbox had a small capacity.
Its gonna take some effort and digging on my part but I will gladly do it if a Mod is willing to take this case up. I am sure I am not gonna get a single cent back. I just wanna prove that I am right.
