I've had a few clients who used brand new sites without any problems. But like I said to anyone who asks this type of question, results may vary.
Knowing the age of your site, I would recommend either the bronze or silver package.

I'm interested in the bronze package to try your services out. I have a few blogs I like to try this on to gain some rankings.
And obviously I'm interested in 10K freebie blast if it's available still. This is just the type of deal I'm looking for to use on several sites. So by the looks of it and the reviews people seem happy with what they are getting which is awesome.

So I tried this through someone else and I did not ever see anything in yahoo site explorer and saw nothing... is that how i would check if they indexed?
I won't be able to guarantee the amount of links that show up on yahoo site explorer, but I will guarantee the amount of LIVE links you'll pay for.
I will verify this before sending out the report.
