Do you have more details on exactly what we get on the "normal pack" such as what we get on each tier. I can't quite figure it out by the diagram, it's a bit small and doesn't have specifics. Thx

Sorry for the delay caused, we had a Festival in our countries.
 
I received a review copy of the popular pack. I gave him a very difficult site/keyword that was already ranking #4 in SERPs. In the end I did not receive a boost in SERPs but I don't think it was because this is not a good service. Some times when your site is ranking well, it takes time to move up positions and that is just the way things are. This guy worked on my site extra and tried everything under the sun, I am convinced that my site is currently in a position where it will just take and consistent link building. He was still working on the site and trying new ideas when I finally told him it was ok, he had done more than enough for what I paid him. He went above and beyond to make sure his service was good, to the point that I actually felt bad for giving such a difficult keyword. I would recommend him for his customer service alone, I will be using this service again in the future.
