IM to stimulate U.S. recession?

This is kind of random but I am currently in my last semester of community college before i transfer to UCF for buisness and i am taking all my buisness prereqs. And in Economics me and my teacher were talking about what could possibly pull us out of recession. And it got me thinking. If more unemployed people knew about IM and things such as niche blogs and adsense maybe it could in a small way contribute to stimulating our economy.

Im not going to argue for either yes or no, because i would like to see some of the wiser more expericened guys on here give me there input. thank you for your time.

No one is going to give away money in this climate. They would keep it for themselves

yeah thats what i was thinking. and trust me i dont want anymore competition for my keywords haha. but just for arguments sake i was wondering if anyone thought theoretically that if more people were making money off of IM they would be putting more back into the market and paying taxes. but idk maybe its a dumb question, i just wanted to see if i got anyones brain turning haha

IM will stimulate developing countries, but not US.
I work from Aus, and all I do is outsource to East Europe.

In my company they even do not know that I do it, I pay it personally from my pocket, they do all the work, I just colour the reports a bit and send them further as my work.

I actually just sit and chill out whole day in office he he.

Now I am working on transferring my work to home.

Yup, agree 100%!

Look at all the countries struggling and then look at their tax rates, in most cases there is a parallel comparison.

I read a stat a few months ago that said in 2009 I believe it was, 100,000+ millionaires fled North America to lower taxed countries.

The problem is with people, not just in US but everywhere. If they were hard working and persistant, never giving up, they will make their money one way or another. IM is a career just like anything else. If someone was to put all the effort, learn what needs to be learnt and take action when they are supposed to, never giving up because of failure, yes they would succeed.

But tell me this: With these qualities, in which business wouldn't they succeed?

Instead of 35%, we need 0% Tax to bring capital back to US and it will solve a lot of problems with the economy. They will invest that money here in US which will lead to people getting hired.

IM will not last forever if internet becomes more and more regulated. It is also not for everyone. A large percentage of people on this site struggle, let alone DP haha

That's the truth right there. Being an IMer requires strong motivation, self discipline and at least some entrepreneurial flair. Your average recessioner sitting around bitching about how no one will give them a job doesn't have it in them to be successfully self employed or a business owner.

I was reading about how there are these tent cities springing up around the US. However even in places like that there is still supply and demand, people wanting products or services and being willing to pay something for them (even if it's a barter economy). As long as there are other humans around, there is always room for someone to get their hustle and grind on and improve their lot.
