Profile links on high-pr forum

I have heard a lot of discussion about this and therefore I'd like to know the correct answer (ofcourse we can't be for sure, because only Google knows. But lots of you have done case studies and experience with this).

Does a forum profile link on a high PR count higher than a simpel PR0 forum profile link? Would 100 forum profile links with PR4+++ domains carry more than 100 forum profile links with PR1- domains?

Yes the 100 forum profile links from PR4++ forums would carry more linkjuice than the PR0 equivalents.

Remember though that the profile pages will most likely be PR N/A or PR0, which means your getting additional trust rank passed along.

Also the changes that Google will find and index a PR4 domain profile page than a PR0 profile page is much greater since there's more link love going around the domain than the PR0. Which is another added benefit of going after higher PR profiles.

Yes..If PR 4 100 Links You get There Forums Profiles Live Links that will increase SERP's. I tested them a lot..If you have have mixed forums pr list that is different.

Yes I do, but these are all non .com/.edu/etc., they are country specific.

It only cost me about 5 minutes of work with SB (and SB working for 2 hours) to find them though. Try to get a large list of keywords (around 2000), use SB to get all the forums "powered by vbulletin" and then check domain PR on all of them, cut out the PR0 (and if you are sick of the low PRs cut out all 4---) and there you go, a nice list of high PR forums.
