That usually is supposed to happened. If it's a bigger update it overwrites previous session information. To remedy this we offer the 'import/export data' feature which is essentially a project saving option. Similar to any other program it's usually a good idea to save your projects.

You're definitely onto something, and it has the potential to bring you in quite a lot of sign ups, but I would recommend you read the Answer Secrets reports packaged with the download to better understand how you can keyword target etc.

You also have the ability to post/answer your own questions, so you don't only need to focus on answering other people's (although it is a good idea to spread them out).

Ultimately, it all comes down to volume, if you can produce a progressively increasing level of YA pages (questions/answers etc), all of which are keyword targeted you can start experiencing some pretty great results. If nothing else, Yahoo is good for opt ins!

I sometimes hear stories of users making their first sale within an hour of using YA.

Suggestion:
Please find a faster way of checking imported yahoo accounts to make sure they work. Currently, after importing, I run "Check Level" and I have to stop at each failed password, delete it and re-run "Check Level". If there was a way of marking it or skipping over it that would be great. KTB

1) I don't see the option to export created email accounts (I would like to have an Excel that show all my accounts and their login data).

1. Press the import/export data button. The program will export all data to a .xml file which you can import into Excel. Alternatively, all created accounts should be placed in a file called emailinfo.txt on your desktop.

2. Yup, it's on the way. There are a few backend changes we need to make first though. But.. when it comes it will be packaged with a few even cooler features (including answer/article scraping).

Just fixed a slight issue with installation and updates. Previously, the server was running a little slowly so sometimes users got a 'application cannot be downloaded' message. All should be well, but you might need a new setup file (if you purchased before today). No biggie!

Does anyone know if Yahoo Answers can be used in highly competitive niches? Looking for keywords which have very low competition and a relatively low level of traffic, and working a lot of them, has always left a sour taste in my mouth. I prefer competitive niches that have high traffic and a high CPC value.

Does anyone know if I were to build a YA titled, "Airsoft Gun Reviews Anyone?" and then selected my own best answer pointing to my own website, would I have a good chance of scoring for the competitive and valuable keyword "Airsoft Guns" if I were to build a bunch of backlinks to the Yahoo Answers page?

It will definitely help and make it easier than ranking a regular page. In the example above, you would rank better for Airsoft Gun Reviews, rather than just "Airsoft Guns". HIGHLY competitive terms like that will always require more work regardless of which SEO method you are using.

I've got a similar problem from my end as well. Looks as though one of the licensing servers has a hiccup. I'm sure they'll get it rectified pronto.

No its not Common , Most people i know have the software and they dont have problems (Inc me).

Hrm, odd. I just got a VPS and put Answer Assault on it, tried to create account but each time it says error 999 in the bottom right box. Tried to load dfferent proxies and they don't work (US based working proxies). All other functions seem to work though, anyone have any ideas?

I know error 999 from Yahoo is from requesting too much and while I do have scrapebox running, it's running behind proxies as well..

edit: VPS is running Windows 2008. I noticed IE has high security for internet settings so I toned that down. Is there a way to see if it's my windows setup or if my setup with Answer Assaults?

Any kind of 999 Yahoo error is due to your own setup, since the program runs directly through IE, if you try to access Yahoo registration manually through your browser you will experience the same issue. My idea is that the IP that your VPS may already be blocked by Yahoo or as you said security settings. It's best to lower those and reset your Internet Explorer settings (tools > internet options > advanced > reset).

VERSION 1.0.9.9 RELEASED!

Quite a few speed enhancements and fixes in this version. Primarily:

- Install / Update issue fixed (some users were getting application cannot be started)
- Switched download / install servers
- Check level issue fixed
- Removed the need to click functions twice (i.e. search/post) until they started up.
- Fixed 'redirection' issue where some non US users were being redirected to local versions of Yahoo and thus causing functions to fail.

Still investigating some other enhancements and preparing for some bigger add ons too!

The VPN you suggest using with this software. Can this service be used in conjunction with your browser so I can create Youtube accounts and vote up my own videos in similar fashion as I choose my own Yahoo Best Answer?

If so, how would I go about this? Is there some type of "switch ip" button that comes with the VPN?

Also, do VPNs have bandwidth restrictions? Seems like you could chew through a bunch of bandwidth voting on videos. Maybe there's a way too prevent youtube videos from autoloading though.

Indeed, a VPN can be used with any application because it encrypts your entire internet connection. This means that it is compatible with any other tasks involving the internet that you would like to do.

The VPN can either be set up to manually switch IP (there is a change IP button) or you can set it to automatically rotate every x seconds.

There are no bandwidth restrictions on this VPN. Use it as much as you want. It would be good to change servers from time to time though.

Hi did you ever get to making the use of a bat or exe file to change ip options? You said it would be in the next update a while back when we talked, but it never got put in as far as i can tell.

Also, On the posted questions / answers tab, im having trouble selecting the best answer. It looks like if i get a new ip address, the questions no longer have a "posted by" and even if i select the correct yahoo account from the dropdown above, im not given the correct posted answers to select "as best answer from"

The posted answers section stays the same regardless of the question selected

Am i missing something?

Yes, we implemented the IP switch from the .bat file a while ago. Go to proxies and look at the part on the right where it says 'Run from an external file'. Browser for your .bat/.exe file and then enter in how often you want it to run and hit 'start calling batch'

Cannot replicate the posted questions issue you are referring to. After changing IP several times posted by remains (perhaps it is hidden, scroll the page to the right). Likewise, select as best answer is clickable. Take a look at the FAQ for best practices when selecting best answer or contact me for a Teamviewer session.
