he harvested the list today so i dont think its the same list that someone else is selling . also even if some urls/domains where the same as in the selled list that doesnt mean he cant harvest/share it. you cant claim a domain/url because its in a selled list. if however the list is a copy of the selled list then the op should remove it, but i dont think thats the case
