Easiest way - Make a paypal account with 100% fake info. Don't verify it, you won't need to because hosting doesnt cost that much.

Go to a retail store and by a MoneyPak card and fund you account. Now just use the paypal to pay for hosting.

While thats true, why not just skip PayPal altogether?

Go to any grocery store or Walmart/Target. Purchase a GreenDot or VanillaVisa or any preloadable card. Use cash.

Depending on your end goal, you may want to use public proxies or public WiFi and sign up for your hosting.

Use fake details when signing up for hosting. Remember that you still have a domain as well so you'll want to make sure that the WhoIs info is setup properly when you buy the domains using the steps above.

Yeah, Just go to walmart and buy a $25 Visa Giftcard. You can register it to any address you want, and pay for the hosting with that. It does not require you to put a name on the card, but even so, you can use any name you want.

Some walmarts only carry $50 and up, but Office Max and Walgreens seem to sell visa gift cards too.
