Link Building Without Anchor Text

Hi everyone! I did a search but couldn't really find a good answer. I tried searching on Google but I'm getting conflicting answers. Lastly, I'm looking for answers from a black hat perspective.

Is there any value to a backlink without an anchor text? Obviously, it will be pretty hard to make a comment stick if you're using a keyword for the name on authority sites. But since it's related to my keywords, I'm thinking of using a fake name to at least make the comment stick and still have a backlink.

Is it worth it?

Yes, you will get benefits from it, it really depends on what your goals are and what type of benefits you are seeking.

Some folks are focusing on building up site PR for one reason or another, in that case I would USUALLY put random names as the anchors on my comment blasts just to get a better stick rate. PR juice flows, regardless of the anchor text.

If you are primarily focused on SERP movement, then the links with random names will not be as effective as using your keywords. BUT, I have found that making up names like "William Law" & "Mike Legal" for a legal site I had did help me in the SERPs, I tested it instead of just listening to hearsay, I suggest you do the same.

With all that said, you need to know your ultimate goals, you can get tons of "link juice" without hardly budging in the SERPs and you can shoot up the SERPs without gaing much PR to your site. Test, test, test.

The way you could do this is use web2, articles or what ever that contain your anchor text links to your money site and then use generic words or names to get the back link and let the link juice drip down

Yes. It's also good to sometimes use no keyword just to add variety. Keeps stuff looking natural.

That's clever! I still think either way it must give some help, if nothing else it will add to your sites general credibility in googles eyes.

Anchor Text playing very vital role in SEO, you cannot rank well without anchor text!

I'm just thinking of a high PR blog post that's heavily-moderated and is in the same niche as my keywords. If I'm 100% sure that my comment won't stick if I used a keyword as my name, I might as well use a fake name and get my link up there.

Hopefully, it will still pass on link juice. Not for my keyword, though.

No, Tats not bad. even if you leave direct or naked link without on some of high PR sites with out anchor text. that will be good for your site not bad. Variety also maters. there is nothing wrong with direct links at some point. you will get link juice. you will get different variety of Backlink. So, keep doing on small scale. you will see it as good output for your site

Yeah naked urls work well, you just need some other links with your anchor text as well.
