The account must not be older than 14 days.
 
and for that i need a cc or paypal to run ad in facebook, the process seems too complicated...do u sale preloaded facebook account?

Facebook Vouchers Reviews & few important points
1. The Service of LukaB is great, I got my voucher with in just 10 mins and it works instantly, but must put that into a new account.
2. Guys you need to be patient, once you input the voucher, u get the credit but it takes around 5-8 hours to get the ad campaign reviewed from facebook. LukaB even give tips during that time....I must say...thats a great help... I am looking forward to buy more service from him.
