I dont think so one can remove the PayPal limit.

hi i dont know if this will work for you but this method worked for me

create an account to netspend.com and MAKE sure that you use your paypal info
once you got your bank account number from netspend use it to verify your paypal account

i heard this method dont work to others but for me it work ok and fast my paypal vcc was about to expired in feb after doing this method until now my paypal is not asking to verify my accounts

Method 1 : If you're not from asia then getting paxum account will help you. This account can be used to order plastic master card which you can use to verify paypal or any other such service.
Method 2. If you've a fake account for paypal then i guess it's not going to get passed that easy. Sorry.

the other method i use is buying vcc i have a supplier which cost $7 for 3 months

well i don't think the limit can be removed without a Bank a/c.

You need to send a fax copy of your bank statement of last 6 months.
