I need a SEO expert to check out my site and help me get it back, it used to be No1 on G and now is 190.

1 - write/buy 10 good articles (700+ words, target a keyword for each article) related to your niche, add them to your site over a period of a month.
2 - do some proper on page seo (find a guide online or on the forums)
3 - write a spun article & build a link wheel. build AA/Profile backlinks to it
4 - write a spun article & submit it to a bunch of blog networks
5 - ping everything

would need keywords/url for anything more specific.

To improve your rankings,

1. You need to have additional relevant text. It can go into separate posts.

2. Vary your anchor text to match keywords that are similar
e.g keyword, keyword review, keyword scam, keyword guide etc.

3. Build more incoming links within relevant content
