You should've probably thought about that before you applied to a CPA network. What on earth did you write in the field "how I get traffic" when you applied?

Read around the forums, there's plenty of ideas around.
 
Well, it really depends on how you want to promote. Do you want a website, or do you have another way that you would like to promote your offers?

There are plenty of free websites that you could use until you get some money to invest in your own domain and hosting, such as Weebly, Blogger, and Wordpress, just to name a few.
 
Which one brings more traffic?
 
There's a lot of methods posted on this forum to get instant (or long term) traffic to your landing page/website.

Even if you have nothing to invest, I'd say create a blogger/wordpress.com blog and do it like a pro. Build backlinks, post videos on youtube, hell Just use your imagination.

Almost of us started with an empty pocket... Mugshots is an exceptional case though :D

Neither. It all depends on what you offer for the user. There isn't any one click solution to get traffic and in turn get money. Start with a blogspot and apply good on-page SEO is what I would recommend.
 
how do I get seo? and how do i promote? can i see an example?

search around the forum. use your creativity and the search function. 1,000s have done it before you. you can do it also.
 
You can start doing SEO by writing articles and submitting them to article directories, blog commenting, bookmarking, etc.
 
This forum is immensely helpful, but people aren't so keen on spoonfeeding. If you show some effort though, people will gladly help you.

Ehh, I seem to get ripped off often around here and for some reason people like to tell me I'm going to be sued and arrested often. I mean, don't get me wrong. I've gotten a few good tips here and there. About 1 a year and usually I already found it somewhere else :) LOL. Nah just kidding ;)
