DeathByCaptcha API Help!

Hello,

Just bought a few captchas from death by captcha due to I am interested in putting it into some of my bots. I need some help with inplanting the visual the code into visual basic, has anyone done it before and can you just copy and paste code here so I can use it in my program. I have looked at the API on the site and got a bit confused
