I recommend that you go through proper channels, such as the bbb and ftc, for failure to provide services rendered. Also go on hotel rating sites and say they suck. Don't go and damage someone's site, as that is over the line man.

I completely understand and agree with being upset but, to be perfectly honest, taking down their site, which will get you into more work and trouble than it is worth isn't going to do any good, other than wasting your time.

Make it count with posting on review sites and making a proper compaint, as that is what those federal groups are for.

Take the higher road and handle it through business politics and social review damage, which is the most effective way. Post a complaint on any number of hotel review sites and make a legit complaint.

Don't belittle yourself with stooping to trashing someone over a bad experience. It also makes your complaint seem less sincere if you go bashing/flamming.

some good ole backlinking on porn sites and terms could help ;)

I'd report to the BBC and ABTA, as mentioned above the should be able to help.

oh nevermind then...

What about writing a negative review and posting it to a bunch of AA Article Directories?

Thanks for the replies, they are due back on saturday I have contacted them via email and sent a message via the online booking management system ,lodged an offical complaint and about to do the same with ABTA.
All the offical avenues are not going to be quick enough.

I'll set about building up the neg reviews in trip advisor to rank, trip advisor is a pr8,I realise the pages won't be but there are plenty complaints for them.

I admit I might have been thinking of taking direct action against the site.I'll leave all options open, please post any further ideas in the meantime I have some more complaints to write.
Again thanks for the help guys.

I didt know about backlinking porn sites would affect to the competitors... LOL!!
