Does Viewet Works?

Viewet is broken since months. I had three videos with frozen views that took me weeks to unfreeze. It is good only from the beginning to the ~300 views, then it will freeze your video views for indefinite time.
I guess it is good if you want to freeze competitior's video counter.

is your user id in the program? & do you have the latest version?
Viewet always crashes without fail.
The most frustrating part about Viewet is that if SpK wouldn't have cut corners, it would've worked just fine.
The worst part is he led everyone on.

I just ran vagex for a few minutes and now I ve used up the 5 ips cap. I'm using dynamic ip though I'm not sure how often it changes per day. maybe I was running other programs in the background that caused it. any tips on using vagex on dynamic ip?is a vps a good solution?

Agreed with everyone here. Vagex is the best free service out there for the moment. I'll be testing a new service shortly and I'll report back on the results. It has been discussed to death but everyone is having trouble at the moment.
Agreed that Viewet crashes non-stop lately. For the moment, I'm just earning credits when I can and saving them up for if/when they correct their issues. Personally, I'm not buying any credits through them right now. Got a note indicating that they might have a solution in place today. Nothing at time of writing but it's still early in the day.
As far as getting banned is concerned, I don't think that you have to worry about that. On the other hand, your views probably won't count for the moment. Or, if they do, it will be a really sloooowwww drip of views. Better than nothing but it all depends on what you need.
For the record, it's my understanding that spk is no longer involved with the Viewet project (actually, I think he might be "consulting" but he sold/passed on the project to new developers; spk, for his part, has moved on to focus on Tubeonia). The new guys seem to be having a tough time picking up where he left off, though. Via their forums, you can tell that they mean well but they're really not wading through the issues very quickly. I would hate to see Viewet die completely because, at one time, it was one of the most reliable free services out there. All good things must end, I suppose...but I'm not ready to pronounce them dead just yet.

they're all slow now.

im hoping someone opens a new free service where credits are earned with 20~ second per view credits. u2bviews was working 100% perfect with 20 second views on all my videos until they just screwed up the system.

U2bviews is the one for me. It has had teething troubles but never has it gone down to not delivering any views at all. Now with DJs new system I am getting 200 views a day on some urls. He promised 50 views a day which was adequate but now he has exceeded himself. If the IP based from Viewet goes over to U2b it will be even better.
