Anyone get scammed purchasing a "service?"

I was curious if anyone had been scammed when purchasing a service from a fellow member? If so what did you do to correct the situation? (or did you chalk it up to school of hard knocks?)

Ive never been scammed, but then again I only buy services from reputable members that have good reviews in their thread.

Does being scammed mean you paid something for a service? I mean money is involved?

A scam is when money is exchanged and service or product is not provided.

I just decided to start outsourcing recently. I did a lot of research in services thread before deciding on who to go with. Seems like there are lots of reputable services in there but even with the reputable ones with a long history you can see times when they have slacked. I just decided based on comparability and price. So far so good. If you got scammed sorry to hear, hope your seller makes it right.

in any online community there will be goog and bad
members regardless of rank. ive seen low post members
scam for 10$ ive also seen hign ranking members scam
for hundreds of $. scams arnt always defined by reputation
but sometimes how dumd or desperate some one is.
