he bought from **** website i found key for battlefield 2 for only $5, but i cant find bf3.. but yes i could confirm he have use this supplier..

he make easy $5 he already sold 3, but i dont know the rules on germany ebay. because on ebay.com you will banned for selling digital item/keys/code

He is selling Crysis key for ?23. He pays ?17, so ?5 remain. Now he has to pay eBay insertion fee which is ?1,55 and final value fee which is ?2,07. So in total ?3,62. So his total expenses are ?20,62.
So his turnover is only ?2,38 and not ?5 .....
No you will not get banned on eBay Germany for selling digital items, keys etc. There are many sellers, especially for WoW codes etc.
Also the site you are talking about that sells keys for $5, is this a Chinese site? if so, you will never be sure if and how long your key will work....just same with Microsoft keys from Chinese websites ......

Yes but what I am asking myself is is it worth to invest my time in finding out how he gets so many views and sales .... or if it is just fake and he is selling to himself with several accounts in order to get feedback?
Well you could research all the feedbacks for other items they bought I guess. I hope you keep us posted I too would like to know if he's doing so BH to get those sales.

This does not really say if these are his accounts or real buyers, all these accounts have low feedback except one .....
Again he sold all 9 and had about 600 views ......
Also I see that he has accepted some offers, but they pay less than the auction price .... I really do not understand how he can make any profit after fees .... if these are LEGIT keys he never could sell as low as this ....

He might have told his friends, been on other e-Commerce sites with the same username and advertised. That's how I get people to buy my products.

If the auction ends and he relists it, his views carry over as well as sells. Could be old listing.
No I think that they only carry over if you use an eBay shop .... because he always sells 10 items, and after they have been sold he starts a new listings with another 10 .... so each time he gets the sales and views ....

Yes I can get those download keys .......
They are genuine and are taken from the original DVD boxes .....
so they come directly from EA and not from China like others that will be banned sooner or later ....
