I've send you a pm 2 days requesting the status of 2 orders but didn't receive a reply.

No offence but for such an expensive service your customer support should be a lot better. Sending a simple email once you've started the project, when it's 50% done and when it's 100% would be an easy thing to do and a big improvement.
