Very impressed with this service. The keyword I received is in a niche I never would've considered researching. It has a decent amount of searches, decent CPC and the numerous long tail keywords provided give me plenty of subjects to expand the site to around 10 or so pages.

I did some calculations and I think this site could earn around $150-$200 a month with a bit of promotion.

Will be buying more keywords soon, tonight if I can't resist waiting!

Local Monthly Searches: 1600.
Approximate CPC: 0.97.
The report was very detailed, he even sent me around 20 long tail keywords, a graph about the keyword trends which is not seasonal.
Overall great service, will use him again.
