Faking Referrer in Blogger

Friends can some one tell me that how can i blank Cpa link in blogger hiding referrer URL?
Please help me i need it urgently...

1:- make a blog
2:- create a new post
3:- add this without quotes "<META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" content="0;URL=Website name">"
4:- save the post
5:- repeat it again make a 2nd post

it redirects the traffic from blogger to another website
so that no one can see from where the traffic is coming from..

so why are u posting it if you're not sure if it works? u are just simply giving him false hope and he will just waste his time and effort to do what you posted and eventually be disappointed since it doesn't work.
