Check out some good WSO's at warriorforum. They are usually cheap ($20 or less usually), and they have some really good techniques that a new and fresh. If you need some recommendations, PM me and I can tell you which ones I have used that work. Whatever you do, DON'T spend it all quickly because you're impatient, and definitely DON'T spend $3,500 on a website! That is ridiculous.
EVO Pro II is pretty awesome for SEO and getting your pagerank up quickly if you have a site. It's like $157 a month after the 3 day trial for $1. It is pretty easy to use, and works all by itself once you get it started. Not sure if you could use something like that or not, just food for thought.
