Comment on general links and then check for the backlinks posted right after commenting is over. The links which show "Found" are Auto approved in 99.99% cases(this is unless the blog is moderated and your comment got approved right after it was posted, which generally doesn't happen).

In addition, try increasing the timeout session for slow commenter mode in order to increase your chances of getting the comments posted.

Why doing it the hard, slow & boring way of doing everything manually? If we just make our automated tasks look "human" then no one can find out
