yes it's works because the other is +1'd you web on your real website address.
the another service just will decrement our +1 but this is not because we got real click by the other user who live view in website and click it. then she/he will receive big point than other tabs.

Google +1 has absolutely no benefits for search engine results, except within the social group of people who have clicked +1.

Even if you pick up 50 or 100 or even 500 +1s using that service, all you get from it is a slight boost in the serp results of the people who have clicked +1, along with their friends. Lets say every one of them have 5 friends ... so that's 2500 people.

Lets say its a niche website about security guard training. Congratulations, for all your hard work in gathering Google +1s, you get to have a +3 or +5 boost in the serps to the 500 people who clicked +1 and their 2000 friends. How worthless is that? Chances are none of those people would ever search for security guard training.

The only way that Google +1 makes sense is if you find a large group of people that fall inside the niche of your website. If your website is about search engine optimization, and you get yourself friended with someone who has 10k friends and they're all SEOs, and then you begin adding all those friends, you'll be rich.

But this idea of trading +1s with people who have no interest in your niche is completely worthless, and to sell Google +1s from bots (who have no friend network) is nothing but snake oil.
